Jagan Pictures is a significant endeavor among the many successful enterprises by Jegans Group. It was initiated by Mr Appachan (V C George) in 1977. In 1979 Jagan pictures was formed, and later in 1991 it developed into New Saga Films, a joint venture with Mr Sreenivasa Shenoy of Shenoys Group of Theatres and Mr A.P. Antony of A K P Metals & Alloys. While, Jagan Pictures pioneered in film production, New Saga Films bears the reputation for film production and distribution.
